"A world where children can heal, transform and find their own magic."

"Play is the highest expression of human development in childhood, for it alone is the free expression of what is in the child's soul."

Play Therapy

The Inner Hum Project

We try to blend nature, grounding, regulation, resilience and emotional intelligence in all our programme and work with children. “It’s a wondrous thing how the wild calms the child.”

Power of Play

A Holistic Play Space to Help Children Express their Inner Worlds and Allow them to have the Courage to be Themselves.

POP! is for all children experiencing dysregulation related to social, emotional, behavioural and learning problems including problems related to life stressors, such as divorce, relocation, hospitlisation, chronic illness, abuse, anxiety, school issues.  We aim to help them find their own balance in a safe, non – judgemental space (both figuratively and physical) that allows the children to express their inner worlds through play. Play, often touted as child’s natural medium of expression, allows regulation and expression in a natural and familiar manner. This can have positive impact on their communication, emotional wellness, personal strengths and social relationships.

We are regulated by Play Therapy International and Play Therapy UK and all our therapists are qualified under those regulations.  PTUK is in turn regulated by Accredited by the UK Professional Standards Authority which reports to the UK Parliament.

Trained under Play Therapy UK guidelines and regulations and the American Synergetic Play Therapy Institute,  Madeleine and Sue started Pop! (Power of Play) in 2019. They see their role as helping children become visible to themselves and to give children the courage to be themselves.
